AoC PvP Weekend

April 22nd, 2008 | Category: Gaming, Reviews/Previews

Aoc PvP Weekend : SS 1Gamespot.com hosted an Age of Conan : Hyborian Adventures PvP weekend, where 20,000 lucky Gamespot.com members were given a weekend key to access the PvP beta of the long awaited and highly anticipated MMO from the folks at Funcom (Anarchy Online). Trekkies Rejoice

April 08th, 2008 | Category: Gaming

Seems like I’ve been out of the loop and that Star Trek Online might have a new home at (rumored) Cryptic Studios.  The once dead home page of Star Trek Online now has the words “COMING SOON” at the bottom of the page.  Sounds like there is still hope for trekkies world-wide.

Cryptic Studios is best known for their work on City of Heroes/Villains, which is now wholly owned by NCSoft.  They are currently working on a new similar title, Champions Online.

MMO Network - The now

April 07th, 2008 | Category: MMO Network

MMO Network has been at a standstill for a while now.  Seems like a few other things have been sucking up my time, mostly work and the birth of my 3rd child.  However, it has not stopped me from still wanting to work on this project.  I know, dear reader, that you have been waiting, alone, for quite some time to see what new developments might arise in the start of the new year.  As the 1st quarter has closed, there has been officially NO WORK done whatsoever.  Do not despair, faithful one, for I have a plan.  All I need is a start date…stay tuned.

Regards,

Firedorn
